Lilian Busch creates exceptional award winning jewellry at Harestanes

Real Wood Studios - is a co-operative of furniture designer-makers based near Jedburgh. From the inspiring woodland setting of Monteviot Nurseries, the designer-makers create unique, hand-crafted furniture and wood works.

Kelso Pottery, The Knowes, Kelso - Iain is such a delightful gentleman, it is a treat to meet him, as well as his fascinating pottery!

The Hirsel Craft Centre just outside Coldstream, a collection of creative talents.

Gill Walton - an Artist and Tutor who lives nearby at Bartlehill. Classes and courses are held in Gill's own studio.  They have an informal and very friendly atmosphere.  A wide range of techniques and media are covered, including oils, water colours, drawing, basic printmaking, sculpture and casting.  All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcomed and encouraged.

A little further afield near Aberfeldy in Highland Perthshire, Iain has started a small business The Kilt Sporran Company selling high quality hand made Scottish sporrans and other kilt accessories online. All the sporrans are made in Scotland using traditional methods. They take great pride in offering fantastic customer service!

If you would like a completely different area of the Borders and experience the wow factor! Barbara and Paul have just started to let out Yethouse. Close to the village of Newcastleton - in the very south of the Borders area - not far from Keilder Water in Northumberland. It's a great escape from the rest of the world and a rare find!

The Old Tearoom at Chesters near Hawick - to the south-west of Kelso. If you are looking for colour, character, charisma and a can do approach - Lindsay and Hugh's cottage is just the place for you!
