In the same corner of the Borders Coldingham Loch is a natural spring fed 22 acre Loch.

St Mary's Loch, between Selkirk and Moffat is the largest body of water in the Borders. At just over 3 miles long, it ranges in depth to over 150ft deep and is half a mile across at its widest point.
