With wonderful walks and wildlife to watch, on the rolling hills, dramatic sandstone cliffs and islands off the Northumberland coast – boots and binoculars are a must!
Golfing – Cycling – Riding There’s so much choice, friendly courses in stunning settings. Signed cycle routes and white knuckle mountain bike runs. Rides weave through the beautiful landscape.
Fishing, the River Tweed is world famous for salmon fishing. There are also many other stretches of water and loch. Coaching can be arranged too!
Glorious gardens from small to spectacular, all with their own character and charm
The Borders’ rich history can be experienced in The Border Abbeys, castles, keeps & great houses, a fascinating insight into times gone by.
